The rate is $4 for 4 hours or $20 for overnight parking. There's one parking spot associated with the condo unit. It's in a separate parking garage at 1221 Brickell Ave (street next to the condo building). In order to have access to the parking garage, you need a parking pass; however, the property management will only issue a parking pass if you register a specific vehicle. Please reach out to us if you need one for us to make the intro for you to the property management. You can also stop by the management office located on the 3rd floor to register your vehicle and pick up the pass.
